Escaping the Messy Middle… almost there

HELPLINE

The Messy Middle Helpline.

Because nobody told you AI adoption would feel like this.

You bought the tools. You watched the webinars. You read the LinkedIn posts about how AI will "10x your productivity." And somehow your team is still copy-pasting brand guidelines into ChatGPT every Monday morning. You're not alone. You're in the Messy Middle. And the exit exists.

FEATURES

What's the difference between Skills and Playbooks?
Skills are single-step specialists. You fill in a brief, it produces one focused deliverable — like hiring an expert for a specific job. Playbooks are multi-step workflows that chain multiple AI agents together. One brief kicks off the whole production line. Use Skills when you know exactly what you need. Use Playbooks when you want a comprehensive campaign package.
What's the difference between Studio and Maestros?
Studio is your generalist — all-purpose marketing partner for day-to-day work. Maestros are specialists with strong opinions and distinct methodologies. The Behavioral Lens thinks in cognitive biases. The Purple Cow pushes you toward remarkable ideas. Market Lens India gives deep regional intelligence. Use Studio for "I need X." Use Maestros for "I need to think about X differently."
What are Brand Vaults and Memory Vaults?
Brand Vaults = who you are. Voice, positioning, visual identity, audience, messaging. Every conversation with a Brand Vault attached automatically sounds like your brand. Memory Vaults = what you know. Research, data, market intelligence, past results. The AI draws on this knowledge without you re-explaining context. Use both together for conversations that start with deep context.
How do the Media Hubs work?
Each Hub (Visual, Video, Audio) has two modes. Canvas is freeform generation — describe what you want, pick your model, generate. Apps are purpose-built tools for specific tasks like Campaign Asset Scaler, AI Spokesperson Creator, or Brand Jingle Composer. The Visual Hub also includes an Editor for post-generation editing, templates, layers, and export.
What's Model Council?
Send the same prompt to up to 5 AI models simultaneously and compare responses side by side. Available models include Claude Opus 4.6, GPT-5.2, Gemini 3 Pro, Grok 4.1, and Sonar Pro. After comparing, continue the conversation with whichever model gave the best answer.
How does Focus Group work?
Create a roundtable debate with 2–6 expert personas (from 24 available — CEO, CMO, Creative Director, Consumer Psychologist, Devil's Advocate, Growth Hacker, and more). They genuinely disagree with each other. After the debate, the system synthesises key takeaways and can generate an infographic summary.

VS THE ALTERNATIVES

How is gimmefy different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose chatbot. gimmefy is a White Label AI Infrastructure for Marketing with persistent brand memory, 48 models from 10 providers, image/video/audio generation, multi-stage workflows, and team governance. You don't prompt it. You direct it.
How does gimmefy compare to Jasper?
Jasper writes copy. gimmefy covers the full marketing workflow — copy, images, video, audio, strategy, research, and deployment. It's the difference between a typewriter and an operating system.
48 models sounds like overkill. Why not just use one?
Because a research question needs depth (Perplexity). A headline needs flair (Claude). A product shot needs photorealism (SeedReam). A brand film needs cinematic quality (Veo 3.1). Different jobs, different models. gimmefy routes automatically — you don't think about it.
Can we build this ourselves with ChatGPT + a few tools?
You can build a car from parts too — but you won't get ABS, airbags, or a warranty. DIY stacks have no brand memory, no workflow chains, no governance, and they break every time a model updates.
Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper with extra steps?
If a ChatGPT wrapper had 48 models from 10 providers, persistent brand memory across every conversation, 22 multi-stage automated workflows, 25+ strategic consultants, 17 specialist tools, image/video/audio generation, team governance, workspace isolation, and a white-label architecture with 470+ RLS policies… then yes. Just a wrapper.

PRACTICAL

What about per-seat pricing?
There isn't any. Unlimited users. Your whole team. One price. Per-seat pricing punishes growth — we'd rather reward it.
How long does onboarding take?
Two 60-minute sessions. Session 1: Brand Vault live, producing real work. Session 2: Maestros, Playbooks, Focus Groups. Most teams are fully autonomous by end of week one.
Can we start small and scale?
Most teams start with Studio and Brand Vault. Add Maestros when you need strategic depth. Add Playbooks when you want automation. The platform grows with you.
Is our data safe?
SOC 2 Type II. ISO 27001. GDPR ready. 470+ row-level security policies across 150+ tables. Enterprise APIs ensure your content is never used for model training. Ever.
How do I invite my team?
Settings → Team. Enter their email addresses and assign roles (Admin, Manager, or Member). They'll get an invitation email. Once they accept, they have access to your shared workspace, Brand Vaults, and Memory Vaults.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The AI doesn't sound like my brand
Check that your Brand Vault is attached to the conversation — look for the indicator in the chat input area. If it's attached but still off, your vault may need more detail. Edit it and add: specific tone descriptors, example phrases, words to use, words to avoid, and style guide notes. The richer the vault, the better the outputs.
My Playbook is stuck or not completing
Playbooks run multiple stages in sequence. A stuck playbook usually means one stage timed out or hit an error — the model may be temporarily overloaded, the input exceeded context limits, or a media generation stage failed. Try rerunning it. If it fails on the same stage repeatedly, reach out to support.
Where is my conversation history?
Left sidebar → History. Conversations are organised by capability: Studio, Maestros, Skills, Playbooks, and so on. You can search within history by keyword.
