What's in the tile set. 25 representative AI subscriptions across text, research, image, video, audio, and publishing/ops. The text/research/image/video/audio rows include the providers currently active on gimmefy (mostly via auto-routing). The publishing/ops row (Buffer, Hootsuite, Zapier, Notion AI, Meeting AI) is honestly outside gimmefy.

Per-tool monthly cost — 2026 standard-tier retail. ChatGPT Plus $20 · Claude Pro $20 · Gemini Advanced $20 · Perplexity Pro $20 · Grok Premium+ $30 · ElevenLabs Creator $22, etc. Two power-tier tiles are shown separately for teams that actually have Claude Max or ChatGPT Pro at $200/seat — tick those only if your team is on them.

Two power-user tiles you may or may not need. API access at $100/seat-equivalent represents direct OpenAI / Anthropic / Google API spend for technical staff running custom workflows — variable in reality, $100 is a defensible mid-point. Meeting AI at $25/seat covers Otter / Fireflies / Granola transcription, which most agencies have but few admit to. Both are optional — tick only if you actually pay for them.

Hidden cost formula. count_selected × team_size × 2 hrs/week × $50/hr ÷ 4.33 — approximates the context-switching tax across multiple tools. Two hours/week per person per tool is conservative; multiple productivity studies put it higher when tools don't talk to each other.

"In one platform" indicator. The tiles where gimmefy routes to the same provider light up the counter. The publishing/ops tiles + the image specialists (Ideogram, Recraft) + Runway + Suno + Descript are honestly outside gimmefy — they're tracked, not claimed.

Per-tile time cost. 0.3 to 1.0 hrs/week per person, varying by severity. Model handoffs typically 0.5-0.7 hrs/wk; brief restarts 0.3-0.5; junior-senior bottleneck 1.0.

Annual formula. sum(selected_hrs) × team_size × 52 weeks × $50/hr. $50/hr is a conservative blended rate for North America/EU mid-market agencies.

Two cost types. Friction (hrs/week per person, recurring) and Risk ($/year expected, probability-weighted).

Friction formula. sum(selected_hrs) × team × 52 × $50/hr.

Risk formula. sum(annual_expected_$) × (1 + (team-12) × 0.02) — risk scales mildly with team size (more people = more attack surface).

Per-tile risk values. Industry benchmarks for AI/data incident costs in 2026 — $15k for a minor compliance gap, $250k+ for a single client-IP leak, $120k/year for the enterprise deals lost when you can't show SOC 2.

One bad day. Max single-event cost across selected tiles. Honest — that is the worst single thing that could happen from your gap mix.

What gimmefy doesn't fix. Three tiles flagged as human-only (security culture, the AI vibe, client trust over time). The reveal counter honestly reports these as "stay human."

Build costs. Draw on the white-label section 07 evidence — "a standing team of six to twelve, twelve to eighteen months, millions before launch." Per-tile: small UX pieces $15-30k, trust signals $60-250k, invisible engineering $180-540k each.

Annual maintenance per piece. 15-50% of build cost depending on complexity (model maintenance is the highest at ~67% because the AI landscape changes weekly).
